Russian Manicure, also known as a dry or e-file manicure, is a precision technique performed without soaking. A trained nail artist uses specialized e-file bits to carefully prepare the cuticle area and nail plate before structured gel or color is applied.
The detailed preparation creates a clean cuticle line, balanced nail architecture and a smooth, photo-ready finish. It is especially well suited to clients who value refined shaping, close color application and a manicure designed for neat, lasting wear.
Because safe results depend on controlled e-file technique, professional sanitation and correct product application, Russian Manicure should be performed by an experienced professional rather than attempted as a do-it-yourself service.

Answers to common questions about our Hallandale Beach nail salon and services.
It is a precision dry manicure that uses an e-file to prepare the cuticle area and nail plate without soaking.
Reusable instruments are disinfected, individually sealed and sterilized in a professional autoclave before use.
Please give at least 24 hours notice. Changes made with less notice may be charged up to 100% of the services reserved. Appointments booked within the next 24 hours are considered final.
No-shows are charged 100% of the booked service total. Deposits are nonrefundable, although an eligible appointment changed with sufficient notice may have its deposit transferred.
We offer a 15-minute grace period when the schedule allows. Later arrivals may incur a $20 fee, require a shortened service, or be treated as a missed appointment after 30 minutes.
Please tell your artist before leaving or contact the studio within three days. We will assess the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a correction. Completed services are nonrefundable.
Only clients receiving services should enter the service area. Young children must be accompanied by another supervising adult; children age 12 or older may use the designated seating area if they can wait quietly.
Pets are not permitted. Trained service animals are welcome as required by applicable law; contact us before your visit if you need help planning an accommodation.

Siranush Ambartsumian is the founder of Nail Art Department, a practicing Russian Manicure artist and the educator behind Nailspiracy Academy. With more than eight years of teaching experience, she has trained over 300 nail artists from more than 15 countries, from beginners building safe foundations to salon owners developing professional teams.
Nailspiracy Academy continues the education work that began inside the studio, with focused in-person programs in Hallandale Beach and expanded online learning for nail professionals worldwide.
